These Terms & Conditions apply to the lumen AI Video Upscaler mobile application (the "Application"), developed and operated by Alex Scorsone (the "Service Provider").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Application.

1. License to Use

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal and lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Create derivative works based on the Application.
• Use the Application in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Circumvent subscription, payment, or security mechanisms.

All intellectual property rights relating to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

The Application provides AI-powered video enhancement features, including but not limited to:

• Video upscaling
• Video restoration
• Noise reduction
